Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Cloud24Bridge does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud24Bridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud24Bridge (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve (12) months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and certain provisions (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.
